About refund and exchange.
1.15 days---We will count 15 days as soon as you receive the goods.
2.We only accept refund to the products of bad quality.For any reason of bad selling or others to request refund,we will not accept.
3.Please understand that there will be color difference of acutal color and photo color,we will not refund for color difference.
4.Goods in transit may cause damage or non-flat of the packing bag, we can supply you a certain number of new packaging bags, no need to request a refund.
5.We will not refund or exchange if the goods is confirmed damage by customers.
6.We will only accept to refund or exchange the individual product of bad quality,not a whole order.
7.We temporarly accept PAYPAL to make the refund,refund amount will not be lower than the product’s price.
8.Goods that are confirmed for bad quality may only be exchanged for goods of the same style or same price.

A.Contact our Customer Service and please provide order number,item number,quantity and the problem of the named product by picture
B.Our Customer Service will check the problem and record the quantity.
C.We will confirm with customer if they prefer refund or exchange via email.
D.Once confirmed,refunds or exchange will be issued within 2 days.
