1,Do you have a MOQ? And what is the minimum order amount?
We don't have Minimum Order Quantity ,but request amount US$200
Pls note: When your order amount exceeds USD200，not including the shipping rate, we will start to allow you discount.
Discount scale: 6%-18% (Please refer to our DISCOUNT POLICY)
If your order less than US$200 ,you can make a sample order ,pls send the order by email .No discount for smaple orders.
2,How to purchase sample?
Please do not purchase any sample through our web site, we request you to contact our customers service sales@chinasexylingerie.com for sample consultant.We will be always charging an extra 20% based on our original price for SAMPLE ORDER.
3,How to know the weight to check the shipping cost?
If you are not ready to place a real order but want to know the weight only, please only check in SHOPPING CART, no need to submit your order.
If you do place an order by accident, please contact our customer service to cancel the order.
4,How soon you will deliver out the goods after you receive my payment?
We will arrange shipping within 3 days once upon receipt of the payment.
If there is any delay shipping due to our insufficient stock, we will inform you a specific ship date before you make the payment.
5,How to know the shipping cost and working day?
Shipping cost and working day is vary from shipping company and period. Please refer to "How to delivery".
We will always find a cheapest and effective shipping method for our customers.
6,How will you solve the problem if the goods lost during transit?
To help you, we offer FULL AMOUNT returns, as soon as we confirm that the goods is lost by our mistake.
7,How to cancel the order?
Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately you can not cancel by yourself. If you are not ready to purchase from our web site ,please do not confirm the order. This might affect your integrity.
If the problem do occurred by special reason, please feel free to contact our customs service, we will process for you.
8,How to revise my order? I need to add some item and q’ty.
Once your order has been submitted, you could not revise the order. There are 2 options:
1,If you want to revise the order, you can resubmit a new order and inform us to cancel the previous order.
2,If you only want to add some items to your original order, you also have to resubmit a new order and inform us the orders are requested to ship together.
9.Order is being paid, but I want to cancel, can I ?
You are allowed to cancel your order prior to dispatch. All orders refund only be made payable to PAYPAL, please make sure you have PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
If we get your cancellation notice after we ship out the goods, it is not possible to make refund.
